The duo’s JT was jailed for charges related to felony identity theft after she is said to have used three people’s credit cards to fund her lifestyle…without their permission.
Now, as she serves time behind bars, she has asked the legal system for an early release so that she can return to work as a member of the rap act and put her past behind her.
A judge has denied the request…..
but only because he wants the Bureau of Prisons to make the decision … so there’s still a chance JT breathes free air a little earlier than she anticipated.
Her legal team issued this statement with hopes it would sway the decision makers.
They have grown an intense fan base and have developed relationships with the elite of the elite. It is without hesitation that I can proffer that you will never hear from this Defendant regarding any type of crime, much less an economic one. Granting this recommendation will allow the Defendant to get back to the studio where she belongs.
