Salt-N-Pepa have a legal fight on their hands.
On the opposing side of the war? Their old friend Spinderella.
Spinderella claims that Salt-N-Pepa have been bamboozling her for years and firing her when they had drained her of her resources. Court documents obtained by ‘The Blast’ reveal that she believes that her contributions to the act helped it to rise to global stardom and was cut out of a deal in the early 2000s which saw her former bandmates release a compilation album.
She says Pepa told her they would pay her $125,000 but that never came.
She is asking for a third of the band’s profits.

Yeah, she’s been fighting them over this for years, Salt and pepa both need to stop disrespecting her, Spin was an integral part of their success basically since the beginning, and they need to acknowledge that.
I wondered what happened when I didn’t see her on the Mixtape Tour. Salt-N-Pepa had the crowd hype and the dancers were CRAAZZY talented!! I loved the choreography and music in the performance.

Actually Spin quit and then asked to come back which SNP obliged. At that time they laid out the rules and she agreed. Also, she admitted she gets to do 90 percent of everything they do…..also SNP cannot help it if a talk show only wants SNP. The group is called SNP not SNPNS. She is an employee of SNP. DJs been out since the 80s and they still brought her along. She should be grateful. They even allowed her to rap on a few songs. Spin needs to sit down somewhere.

i know she got booted off their latest tour… when i think of salt n pepa i think of all 3. The fact spin eve gave a few verses on some tracks and albums should say a lot. Fair is fair and at this point spin is a part of them.. if shes there in videos doing the choreo, rapping bars then yeah..
From the picture above you can see they are iconic…all THREE of them! So I hope that they work out their financial differences so that they can continue being the ICONS that they are ?? Having said that, I know Salt and Pepa looked at each other and said, “A THIRD!?” ? ? ?
