For, she welcomed music’s most magnetic new name Billie Eilish to the show and together they soared with a stirring rendition of the 17-year-old’s track ‘Ocean Eyes.’

Wow. stripped back Alicia is still the essence of everything that is talented about her since the beginning of her career – that was just pure vocal talent and emotion. She was restrained because she used vocal control but gave enough to let you feel her authentically deliver a track that isn’t even hers. This is the second time I am impressed with Billie acoustically without the bells and whistles – Bad Guy is just an average track – but clearly (like Gaga) she has talent beyond the music production values and can stand alone.
