With 2020 rapidly drawing near, so too is the arrival of Megan Thee Stallion‘s debut album.
After scorching the scene this year with bops such as ‘Hot Girl Summer’ and ‘Cash Sh*t’ as well as her ‘Fever’ mixtape, the Houston native is looking to build on her momentum with the as yet untitled set.
Ahead of its debut, she’s previewed a new song and provided insights into what folk can expect.

Shortly after, she took to Twitter and said the following about her LP – which looks like it’ll pull from the sound of her 2018 ‘Tina Snow’ EP:
She concluded with the following:

I just don’t like y’all b*tches and I’m not hiding it in 2020 bye”

Pending then, keep an eye and ear out for ‘Diamonds’ – Meg’s Normani collaboration from the ‘Birds Of Prey’ soundtrack. It’s believed to be due imminently.
Meg, you had the hype, but it died down after you released that wack a** “Hot Girl Summer” with Nicki. EVERY song you talk about the same thing. Nobody wants a full album from you. Sorry. We’re leaving you in 2019.

Um. Okay? Top 20 but it was wack AF and got almost no airplay. It charted on hype alone (i.e. everyone wanted to hear Nicki collab with another female rapper). I used to love Meg, but every song is just about cash and a**. Even if Meg tried to release a song talking about a serious topic, I would have a hard time taking her serious.
