After an impressive run on FOX’s wildly popular singing competition, ‘The Masked Singer’ (as we reported here), Grammy-winning songstress Michelle Williams is on to the next gig and hitting the promo trail in its support.
Set to make waves as ‘The Evil Queen’ alongside Neil Patrick Harris in the stage adaptation of ‘A Snow White Christmas’ (click here to read more on that), the Destiny’s Child diva dropped by ‘The Real’ Wednesday (December 11) to dish on this project, new solo music, life after breakup with former fiance Chad Johnson, and so much more.

As longtime fans know, Williams recently made headlines for revealing how negative comments impacted her during her tenure with the best-selling girl group. Taking to Billboard, she said:
“I’ve done a lot of gospel, so I’m kind of insecure because mainstream [fans] don’t know my voice. Apparently I don’t have the most commercially appealing voice or whatever. People have their favorites, but vocally I was not a favorite in the group, and that stuck with me.”
