As we reported here, the 2020 Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction ceremony was among many award shows forced to reschedule due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Now, longtime fans of this year’s class of inductees can know when they’ll get to see the names of some of their favorite music legends enter the coveted halls.

Originally scheduled for May 2, the 2020 edition – scheduled to see Pop icon Whitney Houston, Notorious B.I.G., Depeche Mode, and more join its elusive ranks – is set for Saturday, November 7.
Set to be broadcast live on HBO for the first time, the event will kick off at 8 p.m. ET from the Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio.
In addition to the list of inductees above, The Doobie Brothers, T-Rex, and Nine Inch Nails will join while Bruce Springsteen’s manager, Jon Landau, and Eagles manager, Irving Azoff, will receive the Ahmet Ertegun Award for industry professionals.
