Despite its 2014 release date, Minaj’s junior studio album is sitting atop the current Rap iTunes chart – besting the sales performances of today’s current hitmakers including Gunna, Future, Drake, and more.

Resting at #5 on the overall (non-genre specific) sales chart at writing, the spike could spell well for the critically acclaimed LP (which already claims a double Platinum certification to its credit).

May is proving itself a winning month for Minaj.  No stranger to making history, the Rap diva – just two weeks after nabbing her first chart-topper on the Hot 100 (as we reported here) – can now boast her project (‘Pinkprint’) is the first female Rap album to top an iTunes chart in 2020.
