Juice WRLD‘s devastating death in December 2019 left both the music industry and fans with a space that cannot be filled.
However, they have come together to prove that legends never die.
Full details on the album’s sales below:
According to Billboard, the Hip-Hop star’s posthumous release debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 with 497,000 (209,000 of which are traditional units).
‘Legends Never Die’ is powered by the singles ‘Righteous’ and ‘Tell Me You Love Me (ft. Trippie Red)’ – which peaked at #11 and #41 on the Hot 100.
The majority of the album’s sales come from streams, with the set earning the fourth-largest streaming frame for an album ever with 422.63 million streams.
Additionally, the LP passes The Weeknd‘s ‘After Hours’ to become the biggest debut of 2020.
It becomes Juice WRLD’s second album to top the Billboard 200, following 2019’s ‘Death Race For Love.’
