The photo looks strange because someone did a bad photoshop job on it.
Whoever did it used the smudge tool to make her neck longer/slimmer, elongated her torso, changed the shape of her hips (they look crooked to me), and airbrushed her chest for some odd reason (maybe to hide stretch marks?), which took away the skin’s natural texture and made the color weird.
All the famous people shop their pics for social, but most use technicians who know how to use the tools effectively for a natural, unclockable image.
