This week saw Tory Lanez break his silence about allegations that he shot Megan Thee Stallion in the foot on night he was arrested for gun possession.
The Canadian star used the medium of surprise album ‘DAYSTAR’ to clap-back at the claim and, in the process, poured fuel on the raging fire of debate surrounding that fateful July 12 evening.
And while most remain firmly in the corner of Megan, some are being swayed.
It’s compelled a source close to the femcee to speak up and out about the alleged specifics of the incident.

Opening up to Complex, the source shared:
“When she gets out of the car and says, ‘I’m just going to walk home,’ he pulls out a gun and says, ‘Dance, b*tch,’ and he starts shooting her.”
The source adds that Lanez allegedly offered hush money to Megan and her friend Kelsey Nicole (who was also in the car) in the wake of the shooting:
“As she’s going into surgery, this maniac is texting her. He’s basically trying to say he’ll pay. Her friend is [also] getting calls to receive money. He was trying to keep her quiet.”
Reacting to Lanez’s album making some doubt Meg, the source concluded:
“This is not okay and it’s not funny and it’s not something that we can just normalize.”
