Okay, I love Ariana, but this song is not it. I’m frustrated because this does not deserve to be a #1 hit anywhere. And the fact that this type of mediocrity is topping the charts, yet Betty Who, Maggie Rogers, H.E.R., and so many other talented artists can barely crack the top 100 and their music is lightyears ahead of Ariana’s. I’m just…not here for this. Ari, please give us better music.

The fact that Ariana hits number 1 and then in week 2 or 3 free falls down the charts let’s you know that the songs never deserved to be number 1 in the first place. Hype gets her songs to number 1 and that’s literally it.

It’s significantly easier to hit number 1 in the UK. Not that the US has been proving to have much better musical taste as of late either, but I digress. When is she going to start singing in English? And the song is boring, but I guess that’s okay, because lucky for Ariana, Everyone’s bored.

She does sound like she’s singing in cursive in this song…

The incident in Manchester made her popularity in England go up for some reason. This song is mediocre asf.

No need to celebrate, us in the UK have the most generic music and least diversity interns of artists
