‘Ain’t Nobody’ singer Chaka Khan says there ain’t nobody she could think of interesting enough to do a duet with among this generation of singers.
Taking to VLADTV recently, the Queen of Funk royally slammed today’s hitmakers after being quizzed by comedienne/resident interviewer Luenell about who she would like to collaborate with from the new school.
Despite just rendering a duet with GRAMMY-winning Pop star Ariana Grande last year for the latter’s ‘Charlie Angels‘ reboot soundtrack, Khan replied ‘f*ck her’ when Luenell brought the ‘7 Rings’ singer’s name into the conversation.

As seen in the interview above, Chaka was adamant she did not want to work with another woman stating:
‘I’m not doing no song with no heifer.’
However, after further quizzing she did reveal Rahsaan Patterson and Anderson.Paak are some male artists she’d like to work with. Elsewhere in the lengthy chat, the ‘Sweet Thing’ singer didn’t sugarcoat her thoughts on the potential of doing a Vegas residency but expressed any sponsors would have to “dig deep in their pockets” to secure her talents.
The video above surfaced shortly after she disclosed how disappointed she was with Kanye West for “f*cking up her song” with his hit remix to her classic tune, ‘Through the Fire.’

Ya know, I’m tired of Ariana being the bench mark for singers and actually not being that great. You have plenty of singers that sing better than her who don’t get the mention because she has had some fame, sings pop/r&b and can hold a note or two.
There are other singers who would’ve deserved to be mentioned with Chaka’s name more than Ariana.
