Janet Jackson Issues Statement Condemning The Shocking Killing Of Innocent Protestors In Nigeria

Published: Wednesday 21st Oct 2020 by Sam

Pop queen Janet Jackson is the latest name to speak up and out against the horrifying acts of brutality against peaceful protesters in Nigeria.

As reported, many lost their lives yesterday in Lekki, Lagos when government officials opened fire of those calling for an end to the controversial SARS police division; a division synonymous with violence and corruption themselves.

Janet’s words on the shocking events below…

“To the Powerful People of Nigeria, especially the young, brave, future leaders who have stood fearlessly in the face of corruption and greed. I stand with you. For all those who refuse to remain chained to another generation of suffering, I pray to God for your justice and liberation. Enough is truly enough!!! Nigeria is land of love, beauty, culture and pride but those who have chosen to murder and brutalize have brought shame to this great nation. Your time is up. Nigeria, I pray for your and I love you so much.

#EndSars
#LekkiMassacre
#EndPoliceBrutality”

Our thoughts and prayers remain with Nigeria.

Yeah but the black slave trade was started by Africans in Africa. It was them that enslaved and sold their people.
