In a series of new interviews, the 32-year-old opened up about what folk can expect – as well as the whereabouts of her long-awaited 9th studio album.

While, with Associated Press, she spilled on the project fans have affectionately christened ‘R9’:
She revealed there have been “tons of writing camps” for the project, which is believed to be rooted in a Caribbean-kissed sound.
Now, says she’s posing the questions: “What do I feel personally? What do I want to put out, and as an artist, how do I want to play it with my art? How do I want to interpret that?”
She added:
“I want to go on tour but I can’t, so I’m stuck with music that I love, and now I’m trying to figure out how I can even create visuals to that. That’s a challenge as well. But I love challenges so, you know, I’m gonna get it done.”
It’s been over four years since Rih released her last studio album ‘ANTI’ in 2016
