Chloe x Halle will receive the Rising Star Award, while Dolly Parton is this year’s Hitmaker Award honoree; which recognizes a songwriter whose songs have impacted culture in a significant way.
The 2020 Executive of the Year Award will be jointly presented toBrianna Agyemang and Jamila Thomas, the forces behind #TheShowMustBePaused movement (in the wake of George Floyd’s death).
