Erykah Badu may need to call the CDC! In what comes as peculiar news, the ‘Tyrone’ singer revealed that she has tested positive for COVID-19… in just one nostril!

Taking to Twitter, the self-proclaimed “healer” shared her strangely selective diagnosis:
“No symptoms. Was tested for COVID. Same machine. Left nostril positive . Right nostril negative. Maybe they need to call Swiss Beats so they can do a versus between them. Funny thing is , Dr. ONLY reported the positive result. What the fack is goin on here. Rapid Test. $$$$ smh.”
Badu, 49, said that she has been testing routinely for the virus before coming into contact with her band and crew. She was understandably confused and stated that she had never tested positive before.
What an inconvenience to be tested positive then negative 3x after within 24 hours. Same test . We understand that they aren’t 100% accurate but this is strange.
The Grammy-award musician isn’t the first person to express their concern about the COVID-19 tests. Elon Musk tweeted on the same day, claiming that he received a similar diagnosis:
