Breaking news for fans of ‘Break My Heart’ hitmaker Dua Lipa!

The songstress – reportedly hard-at-work on the latest repackage of her sophomore album ‘Future Nostalgia’ – has the top of the Hot 100 in her near future if the social media response to Miley Cyrus‘ latest announcement is any indication.

Just last week (as we reported here), Miley unveiled the first look at the tracklist for her November 27-due new album, ‘Plastic Hearts’ (which famously features the top 20 hit ‘Midnight Sky’).

And, while her dedicated fans, affectionately called #Smilerz, may have already known Dua was among the set’s featured guests, they didn’t know the diva duo had already begun work on a music video for the joint track – ‘Prisoner.’

Taking to Twitter Tuesday (November 17), Cyrus announced ‘Prisoner is Coming’ – as seen above – and set the net ablaze in the process.  Soaring to the outlet’s top trending topics of the day, mention of the song swelled to over 70,000 tweets in less than 2 hours – a mark that expanded once Lipa retweeted the post.

Rumored to be dropping as early as tomorrow, fans anticipate the visual will arrive on streaming platforms no later than Friday (November 20).  To tease its arrival, Miley gave sneak peeks to prominent YouTubers to review.
