Offset is standing with his wife Cardi B.

Recently, fellow rapper Snoop Dogg criticized Cardi’s hit song ‘WAP’ for being too vulgar (as we reported here). Now, Offset has responded to Snoop’s comments.

His words below…

Per, TMZ he said:

“I love Snoop man, but she grown. I don’t get in female business. I hate when men do that. I don’t do that.”

Offset then went on to cite the song’s huge commercial success as a reason to dismiss the ‘Sexual Eruption’ rapper’s comments.

“It’s entertainment, you know what I’m saying? That’s a number one record. Anybody can say what they wanna say, that’s six-time platinum in three or four months…it wasn’t that bad cause it went #1.”

He then continued by emphasizing that women need to be supported in the music industry, saying:

“As rappers, we talk about the same sh*t. It’s a lot of women empowerment, don’t shoot it down. We’ve never had this many artists that’s female artists running this sh*t. They catching up to us, passing us, setting records.”

He did clarify that supporting his wife was in no way him taking shots at Snoop.

“I don’t want to seem like I’m dissing at Snoop. At the same time I say all men should stay outta women business.”

Offset made some very valid points. But what are…
