Snoop Dogg may have rapped some of Hip-Hop’s most provocative lyrics, but that hasn’t translated into support for Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion‘s smash hit single ‘WAP.’
An acronym for for “Wet A** P*ssy,” the racy track has been praised and critiqued. And it seems like the Rap veteran surprisingly aligns with the latter.

Speaking on the Central Ave show, he said of ‘WAP’:
“Slow down. Let’s have some imagination. Let’s have some privacy, some intimacy.
I just don’t want it that fashionable to where young girls, they can express themselves like that without even knowing that that is a jewel that they hold onto until the right person comes around.”
“That’s your jewel [and] you should hold onto that. That should be a possession that no one gets to know about until they know about it.”
Acknowledging the hypocrisy of his words, the MC added that he may have “been with the [WAP] movement” when he was younger. He said: “I probably would have been on a remix.”
