    I’m impressed. Good for her

The church gays in their late 30’s really came thru, they bought this album.

    • No lie January 17, 2021

Why it gotta be ‘church gays’ lmboooo

      • 🍭marilyn monh-O-E🍭(💫Perfectly Splendid✨) January 17, 2021

Church gay is a derogatory term this racist no-blog having a**hole uses to stereotype a sect of black gay men. Ain’t nothin funny about it.

    That’s brandy’s first week #😂🤣😂

    • No Lie January 17, 2021

Actually it’s double what Brandy opened with

      • 🍭marilyn monh-O-E🍭(💫Perfectly Splendid✨) January 17, 2021

If brandy sold more, how come she debut at #10

      • TrollKilla January 17, 2021

Actually it’s not even close. Brandy had far more pure sales Jazmine only sold 6K actual copies. There’s nothing cute about acting dumb and you don’t even have to be smart to know that brandy debuted at #12 because there were way more new albums out when she released B7. Debuting at #4 with only 6 thousand actual sales is hardly anything to brag about especially when #4 is the highest Jazmine has ever charted after 4 album releases, so let’s not try to throw shade at the icon (Brandy) cause these girls love each other. Let Jazmine have her lil moment

      • NoLie January 17, 2021

Brandy sold more pure copies but Jaz has way more streams which is why she’s opening with more than double at 42,000 equivalent sales than Brandy’s 20,000+ sales plus streaming

What does Brandy have to do with anything? She lives rent free in your minds! Congratulate Jazmine on her career high! Brandy been there done that. Millions sold, Awards, endorsements, movies, sitcoms. 26 years in the game. She sold around the same amount as some of these new, younger R&B artists yall always hype up lol.

    Good for her x

    Love you jaz

  5. Groom January 17, 2021

It’s sad that she had to dumb her music down to get attention. This is her worst project yet. However I hope the masses continue to support when she drops her album later this year. Congratz!

    • Stacey Roquemore January 18, 2021

I agree! I wouldn’t say dumb down but she definitely took a trip down commercial row just so they can see her! I’m not necessarily mad but wish she didn’t have to make “heaux Tales “to remind girls to “Dream Big”

    • just+saying January 18, 2021

She didn’t dumb her music down at all… if anything she refined her lyrics and sound. Each song is written and sung from different women’s perspectives. She’s storytelling, giving cautionary tales to the people whose mentalities these songs reflect. She’s holding a mirror up to society and asking them if they like what they see. If you didn’t understand that, well, I’m afraid Jazmine isn’t the one dumbed down.

      • Tiff January 18, 2021

THANK YOU! Also, this is an EP, not a full album. She is working on her full album that I hope gets released later this year.

    • #Realist January 19, 2021

This is not dumb at all. People really can relate to these tales, and anything that Jazzy writes about its always dope. Very poetic. Even when shes writing about having h** moments, etc. She’s a lyricist 💯💯💯

  6. Stacy January 18, 2021

Thanks for sharing this with us. i must tell you that she will prove her place

  7. Emma January 18, 2021

THat was a nice debut i must say that

    • Cannon January 18, 2021

      • NoLie January 18, 2021

Sales debut for this project dummy

      • NoLie January 18, 2021

& it’s not an album it’s an *EP

  8. Mocha48 January 18, 2021

I love Jazmine Sullivan she is extremely talented was very unrated artist. I’m finally glad to see her finally get some will do recognition.

  9. TeamDele January 18, 2021

THIS is why y’all constantly compare to Adele? Jazmines music is ghetto and her vocal range is limited. When she hits high notes it sounds like she’s straining. Adele has a beautiful voice and beautiful music. She doesn’t have to sing about selling p**** either. Enjoy that 43k because you won’t sell much more than that lmaooooo.

    • Popdem tagz January 18, 2021

Adele’s range is what’s limited.. she’s an alto vs Jazmine being a soprano.. Adele is not a good live singer either but we all know Jazmine sangs down!!

      • Stacey Roquemore January 18, 2021

Altos have better range than most soprano’s

      • TeamDele January 18, 2021

Lie again!!! Lmaooooooo Jazmine is nowhere near a soprano. She’s contralto at best. Damn near a tenor (women can’t technically be tenors). A soprano would never struggle to hit some of her notes because their voice goes into that range naturally you fool.

      • Popdem tagz January 18, 2021

@teamDelle Jazmine does not struggle at all.. u tryna sound smart but u have no clue what you’re talking about.. b**** go to church & find Jesus.. be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind!

    • Popdem tagz January 18, 2021

Adele damn sure ain’t no soprano & Jazmine definitely is a soprano stay mad stay pressed ho

      • TeamDele January 18, 2021

A soprano would never sound like a cat in heat when singing Whitney’s I Have Nothing. Jazmine did. You still lying while calling on Jesus lmaoooo. If Jazmine is a soprano then so is Anita Baker🙄

      • Popdem tagz January 18, 2021

@teamDele Now you know you reaching lmbooo.. Anita Baker got a deep ass voice.. Jazmine ain’t never ever EVER sounded a mess not ever not in any key or on any song.. u may need to get to ears checked chile smh

      • Your Name January 18, 2021

Umm now I love me some Jaz but she isn’t a soprano lol. Her voice is very heavy and deep. Ain’t noooooo soprano singing “in the basement” the way she does. Lol

  10. Stacey Roquemore January 18, 2021

Y’all so late, but I’m Glade someone started seeing her ⭐
    #Dreambig

  11. Joe January 18, 2021

I’m so proud of this young lady. I’ve been a fan since Showtime at the Apollo. Well deserved Queen. Everything’s happens it it’s season. Bigger and Better things are ahead for U. Love U Jazzie!!!

  12. Jtjr21 January 18, 2021

She deserves it! One of the most talented musicians around.

  13. Nolagirl32 January 18, 2021

This album is quite catchy but the topics are really sad when you think about them. It shows just how far we fell off as a society and a nation. I hope people, especially our younger generation don’t live vicariously through these lyrics…cause I really don’t know why women wanna be h*** in this modern era. Aint nothing cute about having bodies on bodies and we are not some damn sexual beings, we’re human beings. We need to slow it down! But, if you’re just listening for pure entertainment then sure, Jazmine succeeded in her efforts…I guess

    • just+saying January 23, 2021

These songs are cautionary tales sung from the perspective of women who have gone through these things. They are not meant as a guidebook for how to live. People are supposed to hear the irony in the lyrics. They aren’t meant to be glorified or followed. I guess irony and storytelling is lost on people.
