Chloe X Halle saw in the New Year much how they spent the last twelve months – on stage!
The singing sisters were on hand for NBC’s New Year’s Eve 2021 special live from Los Angeles.
From there, the ladies showed up and showed out with a shining rendition of ‘Do It.’
The song, which was produced by Scott Storch, has very much functioned as a rocket for their ascend to new heights.
And their live offerings re-affirm why.
Watch the Parkwood pair in action after the jump…
For such stellar performers, we’re even more impressed with how much the duo up the levels every time.
Their performances offer the same through-line of quality while putting a fresh slant on the material with each showing.
They are growing stars. Beyoncé influence inspired and growth shows💯
They deserve the hype u guys keep wasting on f******* who cant sing or even release music
… why? 😫 Clarkson please, stop that.
So have these songs helped them on the charts or celebrity status wise? Why do I feel like they are still relatively unknown. Very talented girls but there is most certainly a disconnect.
They are building their fan base organically.
They are winning people over with their songs and stunning live performances.
They also have critical acclaim which is so important.
Their next album is going to be massive
This is what normani should be doing but no she busy twèrking at the fenty fashion show.
Delusional asf😂😂😂😂😂
Why are you beating yourself up on her like that? What did she do to you?
Once again, slayed. The girls and Dua are putting the damn work. To all the Zara Larsson, The Bebe Rehxa, The Rita Ora, The Charli XCX and all, this is the kind of agressive promo that you gotta do these days to get half the success the girls in the early 00s got.
These girls, Dua Lipa, and Doja Cat seem to be doing what’s necessary to help insure some longevity. The next “eras” for all 3 will be telling…
It took me some time to listen to them but now I can tell that I really enjoy their music. I just started listening to their album few days ago and it’s great, on point 👌
These girls deserve everything. I love how this blend of “good girl” and “sass” continues to refine itself with each performance…
