Taylor Swift is back with a bang.
For, the first of her re-recorded albums – ‘Fearless (Taylor’s Version)’ – is off to a strong start.
More details below…
After less than twenty-four hours of being available, the album has sold over 500,000 copies worldwide, according to a Republic Records announcement.
With it surpassing the half-million mark, ‘Fearless (Taylor’s Version)’ becomes the ‘Love Story’ singer’s record-extending ninth consecutive album to move at least 500,000 global copies in its debut week.
She previously managed this feat with her albums: ‘Fearless,’ ‘Speak Now,’ ‘Red,’ ‘1989,’ ‘reputation,’ ‘Lover,’ ‘folklore,’ and ‘evermore.’
‘Fearless (Taylor’s Version)’ features re-recordings of the original 19 deluxe tracks, a re-recording of ‘Valentine’s Day’ soundtrack single ‘Today Was A Fairytale,’ and six previously unshared tracks from Swift’s songwriting vault.
