Lizzo do not like herself at all. Her DEFIANCE however will not allow her to fix any internal issues, that is considered conforming. In Lizzo’s mind, embracing any steps for a healthier happier lifestyle is considered conforming to social standards. This is how far gone Lizzo is. Nothing is going to change for her until she put pride aside & stop trying to be a hero for obese woman in America.
Lizzo has displayed all her flaws via social media, her fans accept her as is, her fans constantly shower her with praises yet none of this is enough hence the constant breakdowns.
