Doja Cat is not holding back.
During an appearance on the Power 106 show, she was interviewed by Nick Cannon and touched on several subjects. The most prevalent being sexism in Hip-Hop and how female MCs are seen as “less smart” than their male counterparts.

This post has been up all day…. Let this had been a post about my girl Mani, everybody and their mothers would be commenting….. but that’s just her impact though.
Doja this happens to females in every aspect of life actually. because a dmb @ss 6-grade rapper will get more respect than a first-grade female rapper.
Doja does not come across as a smart, perhaps she smoked too many things, she always sings about glorified drugs! The day she stops using the n word, I ll pay attention!
That’s because female rappers are creating that image for themselves these days…da f*ck…
They have nothing to speak of thats brings any insight or value beyond p*say popping for a Chanel bag, sleeping with broke baby daddies and shaking their a**es on dollar Tuesday’s. How am I supposed to take a song like thot sh*t serious?
Lauryn, missy, da brat, left eye, lil kim…all female rappers with much to say that still got respect from their industry peers and spectators.
If you got something smart to say, sing it Doja.
I love you, but the music should get better. There’s a lot to rap and sing about which isn’t soft p***.
Ain’t S*** is cute, really cute. More girl empowerment songs next time. Or maybe black lives matter. We need that in our music.
Ain’t sh’t has been done.
TLC & Destiny’s Child made songs bashing Men. Look at the stark difference in quality between their tracks. Doja’s music is very underwhelming & forgettable. Her collaboration with the The Weeknd…. Underwhelming.
