Donell Jones, Dave Hollister, and Carl Thomas are well renowned for serenading R&B fans individually.

Now, the veterans have joined forces for an exciting new chapter.

Via Instagram, ‘U Know What’s Up’ singer Jones announced that the gentlemen have united to form a new supergroup named The Chi.

All three men hail from Chicago, Illinois, hence their name.

Speaking on the venture, Jones said:

New R&B Group “The Chi” @carlthomasnow @davehollister @donelljonesforever Yesssss it’s happening! The level of music and songwriting will be impeccable and you already know the voices! It’s only right for us to come together and represent Chicago and R&B to the fullest 🙏🏾👌🏾

The fellas join a growing list of R&B stars teaming up to create all-new collectives. Case in point the cast of BET Presents The Encore.

As for this particular ensemble, were intrigued. One thing’s for sure, their individual vocals cannot be denied. So, their joint capabilities are all sorts of exciting.
