BTS is giving fans permission to dance on their latest single.
Serving as their next official single, ‘Permission To Dance’ was co-written by Ed Sheeran, Snow Patrol singer Johnny McDaid, Steve Mac, and Jenna Andrews.
The track was originally part of the CD single version of BTS’ hit ‘Butter.’ Now ‘Permission’ has received the music video treatment.
In the clip, the boys of BTS are seen dancing in various locations in a desert town. This includes in a laundromat and a restaurant.

BTS fans buy about 10 different versions of the song in different formats to keep this going. They even sold cassette tapes and 45″ vinyl singles, which don’t count on the charts until the week they ship. They held off until the song’s fifth week of release to prolong its chart domination. I can’t stand it anymore. All stunts.
Think of all the legends who never had a #1 hit on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart:
Journey, Missy Elliot, Bruce Springsteen, The Grateful Dead, Bob Dylan,
The Backstreet Boys, Nirvana, The Who, Shania Twain, Bob Marley, One Direction,
Jimi Hendrix, Dua Lipa, Demi LaFato, and Nicki (as the lead artist and not a feature.) Lots of #2 hits, but no #1 – on the main chart – for any of them.
