Boosie Badazz Defends His Homophobic Lil Nas X Remarks: He’s “Pushing It On Our Kids”

Published: Monday 23rd Aug 2021 by Sam

Boosie Badazz is doubling down on his homophobic remarks about Lil Nas X.

The rapper has been defiant about his stance on the opening gay performer, claiming that his expression of pride should not be shown to children.

Boosie even threatened to “beat his a**” if he ever saw him perform naked at an award show.

During an appearance on The Breakfast Club today, the controversial figure was grilled on his homophobic rhetoric.

But rather than take heed to the many corrections put to him by Charlamagne Tha God, DJ Envy, and Angela Yee, he reiterated them.

He told the stunned hosts:

“I gotta speak up because as far as straight people in the world, you don’t have any opinion no more on sexuality. Everything is harm. If you say anything — ‘I’m straight, I like women’ — it’s vulgar to, you know.

You can’t brag on really smashing or your sexuality no more. It’s ran by LGBTQ [people].”

Claiming that stars like Lil Nas X are “attacking our children,” Boosie added:

“Who love these rappers? The kids. If you make every rapper go with this … you grab that generation. I loved every rapper when I was little, you know? I tried to copy what they did. It’s a new day now, and I feel like they’re pushing it on our kids.”
