Walt Disney World is celebrating 50 years of being the most magical place on Earth by aligning some of entertainment’s biggest stars for a must-see TV spectacular.

Set to air October 1 on ABC, the television event – ‘The Most Magical Story on Earth: 50 Years of Walt Disney World’ – will be hosted by EGOT-winning comedy legend Whoopi Goldberg.
In addition to taking viewers down memory lane via half-a-century’s worth of Walt Disney World visuals, the 2-hour program will also feature musical performances from GRAMMY winner Christina Aguilera and forthcoming ‘Little Mermaid’ star Halle Bailey.
Their showings, alongside the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra, will be woven between a list of interviews from big names like Anthony Anderson, John Stamos, Marsai Martin, Melissa Joan Hart, Tom Brady, and more as well as never-before-seen footage of how Walt’s vision for Disney World came to life in 1971 (nearly five years after his death).
