Emeli Sande has set sail on a new musical journey and has shared the first page of her new chapter.
Today, the award-winning songwriter unwrapped single ‘Family’ – which serves as the premiere taste of her forthcoming studio album.
The set, which follows 2019’s ‘Real Life,’ will be Sande’s first offering since signing with indie label Chrysalis Records.
Speaking on her return, Sande said:
“‘Family’ marks a new beginning on many levels for me. It’s an ode to resilience, rebirth, and renewal! It was created last year in my home studio, a time and place in which I felt more creative freedom than ever before. I hope that it uplifts and empowers each listener!”

The overly processed vocals from the jump sounded weird and got worse.
The video could’ve only been shot in east London as the “everyday” people were so stylised that it didn’t look authentic.
She is criminally underrated!!!
P.S. since when is Chrysalis Records an indie record label???
