For, the late rapper’s supplier has now pleaded guilty to a Fentanyl charge.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Stephen Walter pleaded guilty to one count of distribution of fentanyl. However, prosecutors have agreed to drop the second drug-related charge: conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance.
Walter is accused of indirectly Mac’s alleged dealer deadly Percocet tablets that ended up causing him to overdose.The pills turned out to be counterfeit and contained Fentanyl.
It is worth noting that Walter acknowledges that he was aware that he was distributing counterfeit pills.
For his crime, Walter is facing 20 years in prison and the potential for life without parole, plus a $1 million fine. The prosecutors on the case have their own recommendation: 17 years in prison and five years supervised release.

yet they’ve on searched him down since mac died by it. if he didn’t he would not be arrested today even tho plenty of other ppl have died. and by that logic a lot of these hospitals should be closed down for the samething.
Uh… drugs in hospitals go through intensive testing before being put on the market… Nevermind that they’re not cut with unknown quantities of other unknown substances and not SOLD in the streets that way KNOWINGLY and ILLEGALLY.
