I read a while ago that she was looking for a new sound for this album. And while, minimal, a little goes a long way. I can hear her picot to a more soulful sound on these last 2 songs. Primarily in the more runs she is doing. I’ve never heard her use her voice like that. Granted it’s still Adele but with notable differences especially in the nuances of how her voice is projected. I’m here for the subtle but effective changes!
