For, the Latin music phenom flew down a flight of stairs in a major mishap during her performance in Miami last night (November 26).

In scenes that left fans at the FTX Arena in shock, Karol tripped at the top of the stairs on stage and painfully fell to the bottom. The sound was particularly excruciating.
Still, as the age-old adage goes, “the show must go on” and the star carried on singing after a brief moment of picking herself up.
