According to Hits Daily Double, ’30’ is on track to launch at #1 – possibly with the biggest opening sales of 2021. For, the ‘Easy On Me’ led set is currently tracking towards launch sales of:
800,000-850,000
While the numbers are a fraction of the 3 million + units 2015’s ’25’ album launched with, there’s no denying that the numbers are gargantuan.

This is very good considering this will be the biggest debut and by far the biggest first week since BUNDLING was eliminated from the charts. According to hits daily double —- the last album to bow in this range was Taylor Swift’s folklore in August of 2020, which racked up an 846k debut just before the rule changed.
These are still great numbers although I wanted her to sell over a million first week. Still amazing considering she can take long breaks in between albums and do these numbers. 30 is a more mature album some people won’t get this album. The next single should be “Oh My God”

Future Nostalgia was on the Billboard 200 all of 2021 that’s called longevity. She may not do these numbers first week, but she had a hit single all year and the album is still on the charts selling. I’m not sure about Camila though. I doubt Romance or Don’t Go Yet is on the charts. You’ll have to wait until she releases Familia to see how she does.

These sales will probably grow. They are huge regardless. Especially for pure sales. If they add sps it may go up more. Something in the 1.5-1.7 million range sps would have been amazing. Although those numbers in any era and this era especially are excellent.

If she were to go 6 to 7x platinum, that is huge in this climate. No other artist is doing that. That would still be very rare and a huge huge success. She doesn’t have to keep going diamond. That is very very rare for almost every artist. She’s done that twice already. On top of that her other two previous albums were not released on streaming platforms in their first week on the market.
