If Chloe is going to mature as an artist, she is going to have to realize that less is sometimes more. She uses too much vibrato in her voice for everything that she sings, and sometimes she is just extra. Being a good singer is about more than hitting notes. It’s about knowing what the appropriate, musically clever thing to do is at every single point. That’s what makes Beyoncé a stellar vocalist. Chloe will never reach that level until she learns from her mentor.
