Jamie Lynn Spears is getting candid.
For, the actress and singer is now detailing her relationship with her sister Britney Spears.

Speaking to ‘Good Morning America,’ she refused to comment on her sister’s current state of mind, saying she “can’t really speak to anyone else’s state of mind.”
As for how she felt when the conservatorship ended, she said:
“I was happy. I was. First off, I don’t understand when it was put into place. I was 17 year old. I was about to have a baby, so I didn’t understand what was happening. Nor was I focused on that. I was focused on the fact that I was a 17-year-old about to have a baby. I understand just as little about it then as I do now.”
Jamie Lynn then revealed that she had no control over Britney’s funds and wanted no part in the conservatorship. However, she revealed that she supported her sister in other ways.
“Went out of my way to make sure that she had the contacts she needed to possibly go ahead and end this conservatorship and just end this all for our family. If it’s going to cause this much discord, why continue it?”
As for where their relationship stands now that Britney unfollowed her on Instagram:
“That love is still there. 100 percent. I love my sister. I’ve only ever loved and supported her and done what’s right by her, and she knows that, so I don’t know why we’re in this position right now.”
As of reporting, Britney has not responded to Jamie Lynn’s most recent comments.
