Taking to Twitter, the ‘Rockstar’ rapper announced the release, saying:

Previously, it was reported that the album was set to arrive in May, however, that no longer appears to be the case.
Nevertheless, new information has been revealed about the project, such as who will feature on it. The Weeknd, Doja Cat, Roddy Ricch, and The Kid Laroi are all set to appear on it.
‘Twelve Carat Toothache’ is Malone’s first album since his 2019 release, ‘Hollywood’s Bleeding.’ The album produced the Billboard Hot 100 top 5 singles ‘Wow,’ ‘Goodbyes,’ and ‘Circles.’ Moreover, it was the top Billboard 200 album of 2020.
