The rapper’s hiatus will come to an end at the BBMAs live at Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Garden Arena.
The showing will serve as Scott’s first televised performance in six months and notably comes on the heels of the downtime that followed the ill-fated Astroworld Festival – in which 10 revelers lost their lives amidst a stampede.
Hosted by Diddy, other performers on the broadcast include Silk Sonic, Megan Thee Stallion, Latto, Ed Sheeran, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Burna Boy, and Rauw Alejandro will be taking to the stage to perform. Icon Award honoree Mary J. Blige will be too.
The BBMAs 2022 air May 15 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on NBC and will stream live on Peacock as well.
