Anita Baker is spreading sweet love.
Case in point, she is now praising and thanking Chance the Rapper for helping her out in a big way.

During a recent show of her Las Vegas Residency, Baker revealed that the ‘No Problem’ rapper, who was in the audience that night, helped her to regain control of her masters. Speaking to the crowd, she said:
“Would you guys say hello to a friend of mine by way of the music industry, by way of helping me get a hold and ownership of my master records, Mister Chance The Rapper is right there.”
Chance appreciated the shoutout and wrote a response to the video, saying:
“I saw one of THE greatest performances of my LIFETIME last night! Thank you so much @IAMANITABAKER for being an inspiration and an icon to so many of US.”
Chance isn’t the only superstar that has supported Baker in her fight for her masters. For, Taylor Swift – who also went through a very public battle over her masters – congratulated Baker for regaining control of them (as we reported here).
The ‘Giving You The Best That I Got’ singer is currently in the middle of a sold-out limited residency at the Venetian that is slated to run through June 4. However, there may still be a chance to see her as she has teased a tour after the residency (as we reported here).
