As reported, the R&B singer shared that the battle for her catalog was finally over and that she now owned the rights to such classic albums as: ‘Giving You the Best That I Got’ and ‘Rapture.’
Moreover, this is not the first time that Swift has shown support for Baker. She previously backed the singer when Baker began her fight for her catalog (as we reported here).
Swift is no stranger to fighting for the masters for an artist’s material. She fought for control of her first six albums (as we reported here).
As a result, she is now re-recording her first six albums, with the first – ‘Fearless (Taylor’s Version)’ – released in April. The second one – ‘Red (Taylor’s Version)’ – is set to hit shelves on November 19.
