Good things continue to come in threes for Taylor Swift.
Already in award show history books for having nabbed the GRAMMY’s top honor, Album of the Year, three times over her career, Swift has accomplished a similar feat at the MTV VMAs.
Besting Doja Cat’s ‘Woman,’ Harry Styles’ ‘As It Was,’ Ed Sheeran’s ‘Shivers,’ Drake’s ‘Way 2 Sexy,’ Olivia Rodrigo’s ‘Brutal,’ and Lil Nas X’s ‘Industry Baby,’ Taylor took home the Video of the Year trophy at the 2022 MTV VMAs for ‘All Too Well (Taylor’s Version).’
The third time she’s won the award over her career, the victory breaks a standing tie between herself and two-time winners Eminem, Rihanna, and Beyonce and follows Taylor’s previous Video of the Year triumphs in 2015 (‘Bad Blood’) and 2019 (‘You Need to Calm Down’) respectively.
Among all awards she was nominated for Sunday (August 28), Taylor also snatched Best Direction and Best Longform Video honors.
Bringing her career count to 14 wins, only Beyonce (29), Madonna (20), and Lady Gaga (18) have more MoonPeople.

She works hard, she writes her own songs, she’s a real musician and she never stop working, that’s well deserved. Congratulations Taylor 🌻
