Released ahead of the performer’s eagerly awaited headline show at Village Underground on November 28, the 11-track set finds the belter in a reflective space.
Speaking on the project, Asante said:
“Wanderlust is a collection of stories in which I am wrong for the person or it is wrong for me. Existing in a world where events constantly affect our daily experiences, a person you’re with should bring you peace and not anguish.”
