‘Cuff It’ has quietly become one of Beyonce‘s biggest smashes.
Her longest-charting Hot 100 hit since 2009’s ‘Sweet Dreams,’ ‘Cuff’ – found aboard the diva’s 2022 blockbuster LP ‘Renaissance‘ – clocked its 26th print on the tally this week and shows no signs of slowing.
Days ahead of the tune nabbing the 2023 GRAMMY for ‘Best R&B Song,’ Bey poured its viral, Tik Tok-inspired ‘Wetter‘ remix onto the Web.
Already making a splash on charts, look inside to see the impact the song’s bedroom-ready version has made.
The updated Hot 100 reveals ‘Cuff It’ linked to a new Hot 100 high of #6, besting its prior #10 peak.
Here are the numbers that fueled its jump.
- Streams: 9.4 million U.S.-based streams
- Digital Downloads: 78,000 copies sold
- Radio Airplay: 55.8 million audience impressions
Billboard reports the boost was propelled “by a range of remixes released during the tracking week, joining its previously available original clean and explicit versions: its “Wetter” remix (clean and explicit) was put up for purchase on Beyoncé’s official webstore Feb. 3, followed by its a cappella (clean and explicit) and instrumental versions (Feb. 5), with all mixes released wide on streaming services and digital retailers by Feb. 8.”

I hate every song in the Top 10.👎
tGJ really needs to stop using terms such as “rokets” and “blasts” for songs that have been out for so long.
Song is tired before and after the remix
This song is addictive. True masterpiece. The remix is great addition to the original. Let’s see what TikTok will come up for the remix.
