After ringing the alarm with ‘R&B’s wake-up call’ earlier this week, R&B veteran Usher has finally lifted the lid on his new single ‘GLU.’
“I just love that glue, ooh / That slides down you whenever we start touchin’ / It gets all on you, all on me from f-ckin’ / That’s when that glue done got you,” he croons on the Avila Brothers-produced number.
First previewed on ‘Valentine’s Day’ (as we reported here), the delectable R&B ballad comes as the first taste of new music Ush’s fans have gotten since 2020’s ‘Bad Habits’ (which topped R&B charts upon its arrival).
Ahead of the arrival of its sensual music video starring socialite extraordinaire Lori Harvey, hear ‘GLU’ in full inside.
‘GLU’ is expected to line the GRAMMY winner’s long-awaited follow-up t0 2016’s ‘Hard II Love,’ previously titled ‘Confessions 2.’

Best male falsetto since Prince and Maxwell.
Lies 🤥
So “GLU” is code foooorr………..? Lol
The song is horrible. That screaming…
Usher needs to stay out that falsetto. He is NOT Robin Thicke, Maxwell, or Prince. Terrible song.
Yeah, no he doesn’t. His falsetto is s*** but the whole song didn’t require it. The mixing is too loud.
So s,e,x,y is a bad word now???🤔
@Jerry LMAO Robin Thicke???? Usher U don’t have to call, There goes baby and Climax are all heavily falsetto and all three songs won a Grammy for best male vocal performance.
WTF are you talking about??????
Ikr!
Robin Thicke Falsetto is basically ASMR.
There is no range or power behind it.
