Janet Jackson is delivering on her promise of performing new music on her ‘Together Again Tour.’
The much-praised trek made a major stop in Atlanta last night (April 26) and delivered many a memorable moment.
For, Ms. Jackson thrilled with a preview performance of a brand-new track.
She also reunited with Jermaine Dupri on stage for a rendition of ‘Do It 2 It’ from 2006’s ’20 YO.’
The pair famously dated for seven years before going their separate ways in 2009.

What don’t Janet get, he f***** up the music. He was rude to her on mtv. Songs horrible..She needs to call Kanye back. So he can do a full album for her.

Chile, you can’t tell these people anything. they still will deny this woman’s brilliance, and that’s okay, her career speaks for itself…her legacy speaks for itself….all roads lead back to Janet….every female artist new and old will say that they were inspired by Janet…it’s no denying that.
The song is a whispery mess. This is should not be the first single Janet.
When you become a producer, writer, and on her payroll then you can perhaps negotiate what she shoulld or shouldn’t release, but right now you’re none of the above and in fact you can’t produce, write or direct you own life…so shut it.
I love Janet but I don’t dig the new song.

I’m a huge Janet fan, but I could barely understand what she was saying on the new song, and we need up tempo Janet. Would love to see a collaboration with an artist like Doja Cat, Bruno Mars, or even maybe SZA
If you low budget nobodies stop judging and let her do her then you all will be better in your lives. She’s not chasing clout like FARTonce, she doesn’t need to work with or is attempting to work with these newer artist to get in on their relevancy like COPYonce does. She has spoken with Bruno Mars many times about working together she admires and respect him and his work and he admires and has been a fan of hers for decades, inspired by her and Mike….Janet allows these new artist to enjoy their own new found fame and is not trying to get a hit record off of their relevancy, you only see that in people like madonna and beyawnce because they rely on ways of trying to stay relevant.
She needs to whisper louder
Chile yall been talking about her soft voice and whispering $150 Million Records sold ago…(I hope you caught that) If you didn’t, Janet has an Oscar Nomination, Grammys, American Music Award, Billboard Awards, Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, etc., to back up that whispering along with a bank account that if I could whisper and make millions I would too.
The new song doesn’t grab me right away As usual I like the melody on the hook. It’s catchy

I’ll hold my opinion for when I can hear it in full.
Even as a big fan, I can give honest criticism, and I have to say I like this song already. I hear enough elements to know that this is going to sound great over the stereo. Only thing I don’t know is if it will hold my interest all summer. I thought I loved her last album and now I listen to only one or two songs from it.

Love what I’m hearing of the new song so far! Feels fresh but also not chasing any trends… she is 56, not 30 something, you all want her to be giving you booty bangers its not gonna happen – when she was you didn’t support. Your loss!
I’m grateful Janet even chooses to do any of this and will support any new music that she decides to release… would I love a club banger! YES!
but I’m not going to demand it or be disappointed if she does something that represents where she is at in her life NOW. its not 2004 or 2006 or 2008 anymore.
