Ruger has been lassoing in the masses with his flavorsome brand of Afrodancehall.
Indeed, the Nigerian native has quickly amassed a global following thanks to jams such as mega-smash ‘Asiwaju,‘ ‘Girlfriend,’ ‘Bounce,’ and ‘Dior.’
With all roads leading to the summer unleashing of his aptly titled debut album ‘RTW (Ru The World),’ the 23-year-old has served the first taste of the LP in the form of ‘Jonzing Boy.’
And it’s arrived alongside its cinematic music video.
Both land on the heels of Ruger’s European tour, which made reverberating stops in the likes of Paris, Barcelona, and Amsterdam.
