Taylor Swift towers the tallest on the Billboard 200 this week. For, not only has ‘Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)’ premiered at #1 on the coveted count, it’s made history in the process.

The latest of Swift’s catalog re-recordings has launched the biggest sales of 2023 to date: a seismic 716,000 units (sales plus streaming). Pure sales accounted for 507,000 of the total sum.
Beyond ending the 17-week reign of Country star Morgan Wallen with mega sales, Swift adds to her lengthy list of historic achievements this week by becoming the first woman to place four (yes, four) in the top 10 of the Billboard 200. They are:
Speak Now (Taylor’s Version) at #1
Midnights at #5
Lover at #7
Folklore at #10
This marks the first time a woman has achieved the feat in the entire six-decade history of the album chart. Swift is now one of only three artists to ever accomplish the feat.
Swift now holds the record for the female artist with the most #1 albums in history. Her 12 #1s now bests the 11 she and Barbra Streisand were previously tied at.
