The GRAMMY-nominated rapstress, who has had her dedicated fans (called the #ICYGang) out in the cold awaiting official news on her serially delayed debut album ‘Pretty B*tch Music,’ took an extended break after the commercial nonperformance of her latest body of work – 2022’s ‘The Single Life.’
Since then, the ‘Tap In‘ performer (born Diamonte Harper) has spent most of 2023 tapped as guest star on a number of noteworthy features.
Now back to taking center stage, Saweetie shocked music lovers in early July with news she was set to hit the road with fellow Hip-Hop hitmakers YG and Tyga on the North America-bound ‘Str8 to the Klub Tour.’
Ahead of its September kickoff, the trio unveiled the blazing ‘Birthday‘ collaboration on Friday (July 28) – a belated toast to her actual 30th birthday (July 2). To add a cherry on top, she also released the solo track ‘Shot O’clock‘ on the same day.

I find it hard to believe people care about this girl. She missed her moment when she had the McDonald’s meal and that M.A.C. ad like 2 years ago. Tired and dusty.
While I do feel like the thrill is gone a bit with her, one saweetie gone do is give you fACE, BODY, ABD BEAUTY. She’s absolutely STUNNING!!
She isn’t even the feature on her own song. She basically just sang the hook. Try harder, girl. It’s cute, but it’s not giving what the other girls are giving. They actually rap.
