Madonna has quite a few reasons to celebrate!

The ‘Open Your Heart‘ hitmaker, who turned 65-years-old Wednesday (August 16), opened her heart to a group of close family a friends during a celebratory trip to Lisbon (not long after toasting the 23rd birthday of her son Rocco on August 11).

Taking to Instagram later in the week to share snaps and videos from the joyous occasion, hop inside to see highlights of Madge blowing out the candles.

When not playfully reciting lyrics to her 2002 hit ‘Die Another Day,‘ the Queen of Pop’s birthday speech included a subtle reference to a recent health scare that left her hospitalized for days.

“It’s great to be Alive,” she also shared in the caption of the collage (seen above). “Amazing to Be able to put on my dancing shoes and Celebrate my Birthday! 🎉🎉🎉 Im So Grateful.”

The birthday bash came just a day after Madonna took to press to announce the rescheduled dates of her highly anticipated ‘Celebration Tour‘ (which was postponed due to her convalescence).

Now slated to kick off in London in October, the North American leg will begin in Brooklyn on December 13.
