In what is quickly snowballing into quite the avalanche, Diddy has been hit with a third sexual assault lawsuit.
As reported, Cassie sent shockwaves through the media sphere when she filed a suit alleging that the Bad Boy Records mogul raped and physically abused her over the course of their decade-plus relationship.
Diddy, born Sean Combs, settled the suit “amicably” in less than 48 hours.
Yesterday, another woman came forward echoing similar accusations to Cassie but stressed that her alleged incident took place in 1991.
Now, yet another woman has stepped forward.

Much like the preceding two suits, the cases are being allowed to proceed (at least at the filing stage) thanks to the New York Adult Survivors Act – which, for a fixed period, waived the usual statute of limitations and allowed for allegations relating to historic incidents to be litigated.
Listed anonymously as a Jane Doe, the third woman alleges Diddy and singer Aaron Hall took turns raping her and one of her friends in 1990 (or 1991).
The legal complaint asserts that the woman and her friend encountered Diddy at a music event, where he and Hall initiated a flirtatious interaction, showering them with drinks throughout the night.
Per the filing, Diddy and Hall allegedly escorted her to Hall’s residence, where she was offered additional alcohol and subsequently coerced into engaging in sexual activity with Diddy.
She recounts feeling traumatized, and as she lay in bed, Hall allegedly entered the room, forcibly restraining and sexually assaulting her.
According to her account, her friend also experienced sexual assault from both men.
She alleges that a few days later, Combs visited her residence and, in a fit of rage:
“He was irate and began assaulting and choking Jane Doe to the point that she passed out. Combs was searching for Jane Doe’s friend because he was worried that she would tell the girl he was with at the time what he and Hall had done to them.”
The lawsuit asserts that she sought medical attention and confided in her family and friends about the incident.
No word yet from Camp Diddy about the latest claims.
Meanwhile, a rep for the star said of the second suit:
“This last-minute lawsuit is an example of how a well-intentioned law can be turned on its head. Ms. Dickerson’s 32-year-old story is made up and not credible. Mr. Combs never assaulted her and she implicates companies that did not exist. This is purely a money grab and nothing more.”
Then why did she open up the door if she claimed diddy assaulted her, how did he get his hands around her neck again
Think how long these man is in the game imagine how many women he treated bed how many women he abused how often he abused his power the sad thing is there are some woman out there who will never stand up and speak because maybe they think it happened 20 years ago, and I don’t want any trouble I hope more, and more women will come out we all know he is guilty.
