Seasonal classics like ‘All I Want for Christmas,’ ‘Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree,’ ‘Last Christmas,’ and many others may make it difficult for new holiday cuts to break through the festive noise, but there are some – like Cher, Brandy, and Chloe Bailey – who are managing to find space on Billboard charts among those time-honored numbers.

In fact, amid the fray of usuals that dominate the Holiday chart, Bailey’s latest single – ‘Winter Wonderland’ – is only one of two new tunes found inside this week’s top 100!

As reported here, Bailey was one of the shining stars (alongside Jorja Smith, TWICE, Meghan Trainor, and others) who lent their talents to Amazon Music for its 2023 slate of original holiday music.

Imparting rocking renditions of the timeless tunes ‘Merry Christmas Baby’ and ‘Winter Wonderland,’ the former is not only included on the soundtrack to Eddie Murphy‘s Prime Video film ‘Candy Cane Lane‘ but it also got the live treatment recently at the 2023 ‘Christmas at Rockefeller Center’ TV special.

‘Wonderland,’ on the other hand, hasn’t enjoyed promotional looks as big as ‘Baby’ but it’s still managed to outpace the song at Billboard.

Peruse of the updated Holiday 100 sees Chloe clocked in at #57 – the highest rung any first-time charting song reached this week.

Because this particular survey measures the top-streamed holiday radio songs, on-demand songs, and videos from the leading U.S. online music services, the ‘Winter’ arrival is all the more impressive as it’s an Amazon exclusive and not widely available like many of the other hits listed.

The appearance marks a milestone for the GRAMMY nominee as it’s her first on the Holiday 100.
